Performs quality checks, training, on modifications of wind turbines on both in warranty and out of warranty sites. Budgeting of projects that included both sales job and internal projects to the organization. Review of documentation used in the field to make recommendations. Client interaction to update project plan and schedule.

Main Functions

  • Analysis of existing business processes, uncovering needs and understanding business requirements
  • Underline inefficiencies and other unnecessary costs - Elimination of red tape
  • Ensure safety and health requirements for both Gamesa and Vendor workers
  • Deep understanding of business processes, serving always as content expert and providing advice
  • Plans, schedules and monitors different stages of project development and implementation from inception through close-out
  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement department to support site operations
  • Increase communication within the different levels of the organization
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and key stakeholders to ensure achievement of defined project milestones
  • Preparation and presentation of project progress and performance reports
  • Embrace the company's vision, mission, values and culture; demonstrate those values in daily job performance of duties (excellence, continuous improvement, health and safety, adherence to protocol and procedures)
  • Conduct Safety analysis and review of hazards and energy source
  • Quality audit of work being performed
  • Travel to site as needed to assist in training and site audits
  • Utilize appropriate safety gear, protective equipment, and control or dissipation of energy
  • Other duties as needed and assigned


2-3 years of University Studies in Engineering - Technical Studies

Other Knowledge

  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Ability to manage people
  • Ability to generate reports in a timely and efficient manner.
