Coordinate & implement strategic and operative Human Resources (HR) plans and activities in the business or area assigned, taking into account both the local requirements and HR Corporate guidelines, policies and procedures, to maximize the strategic use of talent.

Main Functions

Ensure the legal compliance of the inbound and outbound expatriate population, including labor law, tax, immigration and SS, and internal coordination with the different teams (HR APAC & HR Corporate) in order to ensure all the needed arrangements in connection with the assignments

Support the expatriates and coordinate with home or host countries HR teams during the adaptation stage in the host country, supporting him/her and relatives with the needed arrangements, such as housing, schooling, transportation, etc.

Follow up of expatriates employees, including but not limited to contract termination, return, professional development, etc.

Control of employees in business trip and short term assignment, being channel between HR and the different departments, such as Travel and Security.

Detect employees' needs, expectations, in order to be able to build the company culture, by the design, organization and implementation of different activities.

Propose and foster innovative actions to reinforce the employees' voice and improve the bi-lateral communication, such as suggestions box, company board, etc..

Review and arrange the company awards.

Review and prepare the different Welcome plans, according to the different addressees and/or countries were the employees come on board.

Coordinate with Corporate Diversity team, in order to deploy different actions for the proper implementation of the integration of different parties.

Support the collaboration with different entities and institutions, such as Universities, Schools, Government Institutions, non Government Organizations, etc., building up a better company brand for both inside and outside.


4-5 years of University Studies in Phsycology, Humanities and Politics

Other Knowledge

Fluent English for spoken.
Good computer skills
Good teamwork spirit
At least 2 years experience in a similar position is perferred.
