We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Compensation Consultant for our Global Total Rewards (COE) team. The selected candidate will be based at our Cranberry Township headquarters location. Being a part of a global privately-held organization of 12,000+ employees and a small COE team, this Senior Compensation Consultant will be highly visible to the organization globally, and very impactful in providing a broad scope of Compensation subject matter expertise.

In this position, a Senior Compensation Consultant can expect to be responsible for the following:
  • The development of and providing senior level compensation guidance and support to Human Resources, management and employees globally regarding the company's compensation practices and policies.
  • Play an active senior consultant role in annual compensation programs and initiatives such as structure analyses, salary planning, merit budget guidance, incentives, etc. and will be called upon for creative design/thinking of new and/or existing programs in support of company need.
  • Job evaluations, salary surveys and HRIS database activities will also be integral components

Job Requirements
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional Compensation experience required.
  • 8+ years experience in a corporate Compensation environment, and with a CCP professional designation or actively working toward such designation.
