As a Pump & Motor site support Engineer, you will provide technical support to the team in charge of services operations (maintenance, components replacement, startup, balancing) for Pumps & Motor on Nuclear Power plant located in Europa. For this you will:
  1. Establish operational process and procedures
  2. Be the first contact for site team when technical support is required
  3. Provide on-site or in back-office, the necessary expertise level, advisory services, and diagnose operational issues on Pump & Motors, with the support of P&M Engineering team
  4. Participate to the training of the team dedicated to site operation
  5. Contribute to the improvement of operational services in respect with Safety and Quality
  6. Share our best practices and benchmark with Westinghouse team located in USA, conduct lessons learned

Job Requirements
The successful candidate for this position will possess the following:
  • Bachelor degree in Electromechanical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar function and technical expertise in Rotating Equipment is a plus.
  • Work well in a team atmosphere with internal customers and peers
  • Developed communication skills with ability to explain and discuss difficult information and to gain cooperation 
  • Familiarity with nuclear industry requirements and with site work on Nuclear Power plant
  • Familiarity with power plant operations
  • Flexibility to travel from 50% to 80 %
  • English and French: Proficient user
