Position Description
We are seeking a Post-Transaction Implementation (PTI) Specialist to join New Business Development.
New Business Development is responsible for creating new business opportunities for the Company while also contributing to the Kingdom's economic growth. Our past successes have focused on the development of Mega Projects in Refining and Petrochemicals. Today, we are now focusing on pursuing initiatives seeking more ambitious contributions to the Kingdom's economic development which will also enhance the Company's operations. The position will be based in Transaction Development organization which is mandated to lead and support critical and diversified corporate transactions within Saudi Aramco. The PTI Specialists primary role is to lead new Joint Venture (JV) and Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) post-transaction formation, implementation and integration planning activities, as well as, advising our Proponent organizations through post-transaction execution phase. Candidates will participate in the development, negotiation and monitoring of formal agreements for transactions. The successful candidate will lead a cross functional team from other disciplines including engineering, field operations, land management, marketing, law, finance and audit and support the company's capital execution program for the creation of joint venture businesses, by making sure all activities related to early development, cost sharing, entity start-up, standalone entity - operational and exit strategy phases of the JV project and associated partner managements are performed and is in line with the implementation plan. Strong interpersonal skills are required to enable the applicant to engage with partners, as well as internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will be a mature individual who thrives well in a team environment and is able to demonstrate excellent organization skills and apply a continuous improvement approach. You must be willing to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; MBA degree preferred.
Applicable professional certification evidenced by professional licenses and/or other forms of continuing professional education is also desirable.
Candidate must have led multiple merger integration and/or JV formation teams in a consulting or corporate role.
A minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience business experience (strategy, operations, corporate development, management consulting) with at least 5+ years of direct experience in post-merger integration, JV Formation, business transformation, and change management
Demonstrated track record of integration success with an ability to assess, improve and execute post-merger integration services across operations and functional groups.
Proficient in oral and written English. Some command of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory. Excellent communication, collaboration and facilitation skills to build good working relationships and credibility at all organizational levels.
Strong planning, project management and execution skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Maintain and evolve the JV Formation and M&A Integration Center of Excellence processes and tools. Lead ongoing refinement and delivery of the methods and tools to be used by the Transaction Implementation and Integration teams in support of post-transaction implementation and integration activities. Establish kickoff and materials to communicate approach and tools to be leveraged. Facilitate lessons learned meetings to identify opportunities for continuous refinement for the methodology and toolset.
Post-Transaction Planning Leadership - Analyze and document post-transaction objectives and requirements across the company. Facilitate activities across the functional and business teams to scope the project, identify resource requirements, articulate deliverables and develop timetables. Create consolidated program milestones, interdependencies and communication plans. Coordinate efforts of internal process owners and subject matter experts. Facilitate meetings to define transition plans, activities and contingency plans to eliminate obstacles to on-time and on-budget completion of the various program transition events.
Post-Transaction Execution Participation - Participate in the Post Transaction Implementation execution as a key member of the Program Management Office (PMO). Proponent organization will lead the PMO function with PTI Specialist providing subject matter expertise.
Post-Transaction Tracking and Reporting - Define timing, tools and the process for collecting updates across the implementation/integration team relating to progress on key activities, completion of deliverables, issues and decision status. Review data and identify areas that require additional investigation and follow up with the business and functional teams, as needed, to further assess status. Consolidate data for review for the working committee and subsequently refine for executive reporting purposes.
Facilitate resolution of post-transaction issues - identify issues, risks and key decisions that require escalation to Management. Conduct periodic checkpoint meetings upon completion of each implementation/integration phase or key activities within a phase to review outputs and confirm readiness to move forward to the next phase.
Lead the transition from transaction execution team to post-transaction implementation and integration team and finally to the Proponent organization.
