We are seeking a Transaction Management Office Specialist to join New Business Development (NBD).
NBD is responsible for creating new business opportunities for the Company while also contributing to the Kingdom's economic growth. Our successes have focused on the development of Mega Projects in Refining and Petrochemicals and we continue on pursuing initiatives seeking more ambitious contributions to the Kingdom's economic development which will also enhance and expand the Company's operations and value chain. The position will be based in Transaction Development organization which is mandated to realize opportunities and execute by leading and supporting critical and diversified corporate transactions within Saudi Aramco.
The Group leader's main responsibility role is to business partner with stakeholders and fully ensure they are aware of all transaction information, including budgeting and forecasting in a timely and effective manner through focus on establishment and maintaining optimal dashboard and systems for reporting update on transactions by working closely with Transaction Development and Execution team. The role will be supporting the Director and GM of Transaction Development, and Transaction Execution experts by timely reporting and prompt analysis of transactions in the pipeline and to assess benefit to the wider business and Saudi Aramco strategy. The management reporting experts will develop road maps, frameworks and communication protocol solutions necessary to monitor transaction activity and to deliver future business growth and clarity of strategy through accurate and timely information flow regarding specific prospects and transactions. They will partner with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive through and take ownership of key transactions reporting and projects to allow long term, sustainable growth and to enable informed and timely decision making.
The applicant should possess significant experience in transaction or management reporting within the relevant industries to be considered a subject matter expert. Strong interpersonal skills with gravitas to work with people to enable the applicant to collaborate effectively and efficiently across internal and external stakeholders that allows robust reporting throughout the organization maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at the same time. The applicant should bring strong analytical skills with a successful track record of complex management reporting. Corporate Finance, Transactional Services or an M&A background is preferable but not essential. Candidates must be highly commercial with excellent business partnering and influencing skills. CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified - preferably first time passes. Successful candidates will show potential of progressing to become future Transaction execution experts, building a strong commercial finance grounding in a challenging and rewarding role.

Minimum Requirements
Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or its equivalent and a MBA is preferred. Advanced professional competence evidenced by professional licenses and / or other forms of continuing professional education is also desirable.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience of management reporting and consolidation of M&A transactions in Corporate M&A, Investment Banking and/or Private Equity firms environment coupled with demonstrated leadership and accomplished track records of management reporting is required.
Proactive, persuasive, creative and prepared to challenge existing ideas with an ability to define clear priorities in a multi-transaction environment.
Excellent proficiency in oral and written English as this is key characteristic for the role with coaching and mentoring skills. Some command of Arabic is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent system skills and experience in managing IT to develop bespoke suites for transactions. Finance business partnering experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities
You will be required to perform the following:
Strong and demonstrable analytical capability with a successful track record of complex deal tracker and transaction pipeline analyses
Ability and willingness to meet deadlines in a collapsed timeframe through flexibility in work mode and hours.
Socialize and orchestrate compliance of corporate transaction standards and procedures and ensure they are embedded across Saudi Aramco
Support activities to progress opportunities through a structured approach of stage gates to deal closure as a member of a fully integrated transaction team
Perform industrial research for business/asset valuation in support of investment decision making, with specific experience in M&A's and JVs
Review and direct briefing materials and presentations to the NBD Senior Management across the various stages of deal execution process.
Hones skillset and deliverables from Transaction Management Office to ensure decision making is effective (high quality) and prompt (efficient and timely)
Manage the development and roll out of bespoke IT solution for deal pipeline tracker suite by working with SMEs like IT, admin services and key stakeholders. The aim is to standardize transaction data management, user friendly visibility across Saudi Aramco and to maintain efficient user access
Develop, maintain and track useful Key Performance Indicators and other qualitative metrics such as Lessons Learned survey and spot surveys for key transactions
Liaising and facilitating internal auditors and having bandwidth to deal with the queries and responding to them effectively in a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation development and management for transactions
Manage and mentor young professionals. Support in optimal resource monitor and devising mechanism to trains young talent
