Position Description
We have an immediate requirement for a Corporate University Specialist to join the Educational Partnerships Department at our main headquarters located in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing business consulting services to various Saudi Aramco learning and development (L&D) entities leading to the development of a Corporate University. Assignments generally cover the following:
1. Corporate University planning and development
2. Process improvement and implementation
3. Research and benchmarking analysis
4. Organization set up and design
5. Project and change management
6. Enterprise learning and development
7. Aligning Company L&D stakeholders within a corporate university strategic umbrella and leveraging the commonality

The incumbent must develop sound professional relationships with all levels of management as required to satisfactorily complete assignments. Subject position represents the advanced entry-level position in a consulting organization.

Minimum Requirements
1. A master's degree with courses in education, human resources or related learning and development fields. An education relevant PhD degree preferred.
2. Ten (10) years of experience in learning and development functions, including a minimum of 5 years in curriculum development related activities.
3. Well educated and experienced in corporate universities subject.
4. Led or actively participated in the transformation of corporate universities.
5. Excellent research and project management skills that can be utilized for the Saudi Aramco Corporate Academy project.
6. Experienced in organization and structure analysis that will help in setting up Corporate Academy governance model.
7. Skillful training professional who designed programs and written training proposals while establishing corporate learning management systems.
8. Skillful in business analytics, technology, learning theory, performance consulting and scientific inquiry.
9. Knowledge of and experience in best-practice instructional design and performance measurement methodologies.
10. Experienced in change management and organizational change.
11. Knowledgeable about communication, cultural and cross-organizational issues that can help manage the resistance that could be encountered during the Corporate Academy journey.
12. An ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing, to produce clear, logical and comprehensive reports and correspondence.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Formulate the Corporate University strategy to drive corporate learning direction, goals, policies, values and performance.
2. Implement the corporate strategy and align the learning and development of people with the business goals of Saudi Aramco.
3. Assess and redefine corporate learning and development
4. Develop corporate learning and development critical work processes
5. Facilitates knowledge management awareness and implementation
6. Facilitate learning and development strategies
7. Support change management implementation
8. Research and facilitate of adopting latest L&D technologies under Corporate Academy umbrella
9. Develop value proposition and ROI of Corporate Academy and its activities
10. Facilitate effective partnerships with local and global universities
11. Support Corporate Academy alignment teams in building synergy related to corporate and cross-functional programs, contracts, performance, business planning, measurement, facilities utilization and learning management system
12. Facilitate customer engagements and satisfaction levels
