Job Overview:

Working on projects to support the project team with the management of the prime contract with our client, the Senior Contracts Administrator will be responsible for the following.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
  • Change management coordination
  • Drafting & review of formal communications
  • Claims management assistance
  • JV issue coordination & resolution
  • Scrutinize client directions for contractual compliance & entitlement
  • Ensuring project team compliance with the terms and conditions of the main contract
  • Participation in internal meetings
  • Preparation of contractual project close-out documentation
  • Schedule/progress monitoring
  • Business case preparation & presentation
  • EOT notifications
  • Supervision of other Contracts Administrators
Basic Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of EPC agreements,
  • Understanding and use of contractual language
  • Technical understanding of EPC construction
  • Oral and written communication abilities
  • Leadership capabilities
  • 7 to 10 years relevant experience on large-scale EPC projects
  • At least 5 years contracts administration/management experience
  • Degree qualified
