As the Services Specialist - Parts Services, you are responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement / repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. This includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure.

Essential Responsibilities

Also includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Any service related activity to fulfill replacement and spare parts including transactional services, parts for casting for outages, Hot Gas Parts etc. A part is defined as any component (material, single part or sub- assembly) of the System & Equipment which is or may be required for the continued operation of the System & Equipment during its life time.

In addition, you will:
  • Contribute to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team
  • Discuss consequences of changes in products and processes for the own team in the organization
  • Work together with people from the business unit
  • Contact are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information
  • Targeted clients
  • Contracts are predefined and a framework of conditions is set and followed


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Services)
