This role will be responsible for the overall infrastructure and technology strategy, initiatives, operations, financials of the global strategic ERP platform and eco-system. He/she will be expected to work across a matrix team, influence cross-functional teams, deliver consistent added values to the business partners and for platform health with latest technology stack.

Essential Responsibilities

• Lead the team including external vendors to drive the "Best Run ERP" with key business wins/priorities alignment from infrastructure and technology standpoints.
• Drive the overall infrastructure excellence with Oracle Exa tech stack to ensure 100% P&A, high scalability and consistent fine tuning of the tier-1 global strategic ERP application by working closely with the business, site IT, GE Power HQ and Corp teams.
• Lead the infrastructure implementation programs including major and regular patching and upgrade initiatives to drive latest technology stack and platform health. Co-ordinate with PWT and GO-CT team to conduct disaster recovery drill of Zeal.
• Lead the design, implementation, governance and evolvement of ERP and eco-system technical solutions. Manage the review of Oracle technical components, codes, naming conventions and performance. Drive automation of regression testing scripts and timely updates on the instance level. Enable compliance, SOX, security fulfillment for Zeal.
• Analyze, evaluate and collaborate with internal and external partner teams on migration of Zeal and pillar application platforms to external cloud infrastructure environment such as Oracle Managed Cloud Services, AWS to benefit from better performance, stability, scalability and cost efficiency.
• Lead the Resiliency strategy and execute continuous improvement actions for Zeal. Normalize the end-to-end ITIL-based infrastructure management with solid governance model. Deploy robust monitoring mechanism of Zeal, Eco-system and relevant middleware integrations.
• Own the financials of Zeal and eco-system infrastructure and work with Zeal Operations Lead to ensure 100% visibility and auditing, transparent collections and liquidations, proper forecast and planning.
• Manage the communications to respective business and IT stakeholders with effectiveness and efficiency. Enhance the connections, expose success stories and leverage/adopt best practices across GE community.
• Manage the relationships and operations with the vendors under robust quality assurance governance of service delivery and management review for strategic partnership evolvement by collaborating with local and HQ VMO and sourcing teams.


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information management, engineering or business management and prior experiences with MNC environment.
• Strong ERP infrastructure and Oracle technology domain expertise including but not limited to database, application, codes development, storage, network, operating system.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in delivering high impact infrastructure and technology solutions with system & process validation activities tools and processes.
• Sound expertise in enterprise middleware solutions including but not limited to Informatica, web-Methods, SOA. Experience/exposure of Oracle Exa.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Analytic, creative and business-focused problem solver.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team and to apply skills and techniques to solve dynamic business problems.
• Ability to foster cooperative relationships within a highly matrix organization to create a winning environment, understand, develop, and implement business processes to improve the best practices.
• Fluent in English both writing and speaking.
