As the Lead FP&A Analyst, you will demonstrate accountability for the US based sales and margin for PGP projects ($3B in sales). You will have ownership of planning cycles, involvement in key initiatives to drive profitability, and becoming a technical expert in all factors impacting PGP sales and margin.

Essential Responsibilities

As the Lead FP&A Analyst, you will:
  • Own the creation of financial plans for the GPS OTR Americas P&LÍž this includes working with project managers and project finance managers to understand dynamics around the factory build plan, contractual title transfer, customer specific requirements, project cost, and margin enhancement opportunities to accurately forecast revenue and margin in one of the most operationally and financially complex industries, power generation
  • Lead the execution of the OTR Americas financial planÍž this means building metrics and identifying owners to deliver on margin commitments, identifying risks and opportunities, and building the finance content for the weekly RUN operating reviews with GPS leadership
  • Become the subject matter expert for the Sales and Margin global tool, improving and updating related algorithms ensuring proper SOP 811
  • revenue recognition
  • Own quarter close processes for OTR Americas to ensure the accurate and timely booking and reporting of GPS OTR sales and margin
  • Own financial reports and analyses for the OTR Americas organization
  • Ensure the accuracy of the organization's financial results by recognizing and preventing misrepresentation, concealment, or omission of information


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum of 5 years of finance, accounting, or audit experience
