The SAP COE Finance IT Analyst will be focused on supporting the IT budget and actuals process, PO/Invoice management, headcount management (names, SSOs, cost center maintenance, C&B Capex calculations) and resource management (time vouchering, tracking and reporting).You will also solve problems and define the implementation plan for short-term and long-term financial processes within the CoE PMO in partnership with the Lead Controllership Analyst and PMO Director.

Essential Responsibilities

The SAP COE Finance IT Analyst will:
  • Purchase Order (PO) and internal assessment tracking and management.
  • Maintenance of budget file, including variance analysis, consolidating results in closing file (Hyperion smartview).
  • Participate in closing activities such as review and reconciling actuals, accruals, invoice tracking, journal entries, re-classes , capitalization calculations/identification/tracking.
  • Work with all ERP ME owners to monitor respective GL details.
  • Support the headcount management process by helping to keep track of all headcount moves and ensure they are being billed correctly.
  • Assist with time card compliance to ensure details are being populated correctly and on time.
  • Estimates / Planning - develop templates and work with all stakeholders to gather the data
  • Provide reports, data, metrics, status reports, analysis and other required summaries as requested for the above deliverable areas.
  • Participate and assist in the future budget planning exercises Growth Playbook (3-year Plan), SII (1-year Plan), Operating Plan and quarterly update the plan for the current year.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with peers and P&L teams to seamlessly integrate into the program and overall activities of the organization.
  • Ensure the consistent application and conformity to financial standards and of IT program finance methodology and prepare/present reports/dashboards for management insight and decision-making.
  • Assist with material creation for various governance stakeholder sessions/other meetings.
  • Support functional team leaders with team meetings and ensure feedback loop to PMO Director.


  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or other related field or High School Diploma/GED with significant experience in an Accounting or Finance role mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-latin;mso-bidi-font-family:

  • Strong experience in accounting / finance role.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Bias towards action, able to maintain focus on priorities in a complex environment Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong relationship management ability.
  • Good knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS.
  • Experience with financial operations and their implementation in IT projects.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a Global team setting where your peers and/or manager is not at the same location as you.
  • High energy level, mature, independent and result-oriented with a willingness to drive change.
