This role provides finance leadership and guidance to both finance and non-finance members in GE and Huadian Aero Joint Venture. As one of GE secondees who represent GE's interest meanwhile support JV grow with sustainable profitability, the JV DCFO demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad JV company objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

This role also leads manufacturing finance analytics & reporting to GE & JV Board, plays critical role in JV's Controlling & compliance, working with GE PG China & Partner, GPS Global Supply Chain, JV management & operation teams.

Supply Chain Financial Planning and Analysis
• Lead JV detailed manufacturing cost analytics. Provide value-adding analytics to help improve JV cost position and be catalyst for change.
• Support JV leadership and GE Global Supply Chain in business reviews. Manage forecast, estimations & reporting of financial results to GE.
• Support JV to build and execute operation plan across Orders, Revenue, Op profit and cash etc.. Provide leadership identifying risk & opportunities for JV to meet/exceed yearly operation plan.
• Enable billing & collections related with GE charges to JV per JVC and Board resolutions.
• Support GE and JV ad hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Controllership & Compliance
• Work together with JV CFO to ensure controllership and compliance in JV finance activities, for example, on accounting & reporting, tax regulations, foreign exchange controls, customs compliance, and treasury management; and fulfill responsibilities as required by JV procedures.
• Partner with the business leadership and functions to ensure overall compliance processes and infrastructure.
• Partner with operations to integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and be involved in long-term planning. Drive change for process simplification.

Board of Directors focal point
• As focal point, lead preparation and documentation on Board of Directors meetings, and obtain approvals from Directors as required.


• Bachelor's degree and above, majoring in Finance, Accounting and others related
• 10+ years' experience in Finance and 3+ years' experience in FP&A in MNC is much preferred
• A strong focus on the resolution of outstanding issues, awareness of culture differences, with excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Able to liaise with business leaders and colleagues within and across functions in an effective manner.
• Strong analytical skills, with high standard in data quality
• Strong understanding of manufacturing finance
• High level of energy, proactive, strong accountability to progress and work out solutions
• Able to manage several tasks simultaneously with speed & accuracy.
• CAS/FMP graduate and previous experience in manufacturing finance in long cycle business preferred. Prior experience working in JV is a plus.
