As the Power Digital Solutions Operations & Strategy Analyst, you will have direct impact helping to build and operationalize a critical new growth chapter for GEs leadership in the Industrial Internet. You will work alongside the leadership to scale a software business for GE Power division, where your role will be instrumental to its success.

Essential Responsibilities

You will be accountable for driving key organizational outcomes through the development and advancement of a robust operating rhythm and proactive issue identification. In this role, you will interact across the software value chain to ensure that the organization has measures in place that accelerate progress toward key milestones, delighting internal and external customers.

In addition, you will:
  • Maintain and improve a robust, Power Digital Solutions internal operating rhythm aimed at driving clarity and regularity across the Power Digital organization
  • Manage the business cadence of executive reviews of operational KPIs, risk items, & go-forward actions
  • Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-range plans and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives.
  • Direct the development and installation of procedures and controls to promote communication and strong, regular information flow, and thereby solidify management empowerment and direction of the organization
  • Work closely with Human Resources (HR) and Finance to advise on key organizational structure and roles considerations. Have a regular rhythm with PDS recruiting team to ensure smooth progress on resourcing for PDS teams.
  • Maintain knowledge and information storage repository to track past successes and issues for future reference and extrapolation
  • Ensure that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with state, federal and global regulations and laws governing business operations


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience AND Financial Management Program graduate
Eligibility Requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. GE may agree to sponsor an individual for an employment visa now or in the future if there is a shortage of individuals with particular skills.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Must be willing to work out of an office located in San Ramon, CA.
