Job Purpose: Provide technical and project management support in reliability and integrity field to work in integrated manufacturing operation management systems (imoms) project for oil and gas processing field.   Key Responsibilities and Duties: Obtain mastery knowledge on integrated manufacturing operation management systems (imoms) based on ISA-95. Skills in leadership, time & task management, project engineering, communications engagement, team building, and coaching. Obtain good knowledge on Developing data mapping and modeling. Ability of managing time based tasks and manpower of major maintenance and T&I. Obtain good knowledge on reliability and integrity applications (e.g. Meridium, Primavera, GE Smart Signal, 3D applications) and technologies specifications. Hands-on knowledge and experience in plant process system, reliability & maintenance field, asset performance analysis, operation risk and assets performance benchmarking. Hands-on knowledge and experience on rotating equipment functions, KPIs benchmarking, maintenance, failure modes and proactive analysis. Obtain good Knowledge in development, modeling & integrating business processes including operation integrity, preemptive and predictive operation and maintenance, theory of constraint, expert operation, performance anomalies & abnormal situation management, inspection & reliability. Requirements: • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering discipline • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry petrochemical project • Preferred to have good working knowledge of Aramco standards and procedures and International standards • Good knowledge of English, both written and verbally
