  • Be part of CMO driven development projects and support the setup, development and continuous improvement of the "digital delivery model" of E.ON based on a "lean customer development" cycle
  • Support the functional steering of the digital development processes especially in the areas of agile development in a scaled environment as well as agile testing and QA including automation and crowd testing
  • Drive agile thinking in the organisation (MVP, early feedback, idea to product increment flow)
  • Close collaboration with architects, scrum masters, product owners, test managers, release managers and application managers to ensure modern and agile application development
  • Balance standardization with individual requirements to enable "start-up" approaches
  • Interact with the digital quality management focusing on our digital platform
  • Actively identify areas for improvement and contribute to proof-of-concepts to evaluate new technologies, frameworks and methods (e.g. lean customer development) to enable innovative ideas for the digital business

  • University degree in engineering, computer sciences, information systems, economics or equivalent professional qualification
  • Excellent understanding of end to end software development processes, lean software development, agile methods and automation technics
  • Good knowledge in design thinking, crowd based services and digital businesses and processes
  • Profound knowledge and experience of Utility Industry
  • Experience in international IT management of advantage
  • Profound knowledge of digital core technologies (e.g. data management, data analytics, integration, process automation, mobile, social, API Management, DevOps, cloud)
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), fluent German language skills preferable
  • Ability to collaborate actively across cultural and organizational boundaries
  • High ambition to follow and evaluate new trends and acquire new skills (out-of-the-box thinking)
  • Willingness to accept frequent business trips
