  • Support steering of B2C business and product development for PV and Battery Solutions
  • Recurrently gather, analyze market and customer insights and derive relevant insights for the PV and Battery Domain
  • Support the B2C roadmap development and recurrent refinement according to latest market/ regulatory developments
  • Screen potential M&A candidates for strategic fit and assist in strategic due diligence of possible targets
  • Strengthen the B2C PV and Battery community across E.ON Regional Units and ensure news and best practice exchange across E.ON Regional Units
  • Define KPIs to steer the B2C PV and Battery business across the Regional Units and implement performance board
  • Cooperate with Chief Market Office (CMO) functions (Marketing, Digital, Innovation, as well as the other solution domains) on cross-functional or cross-domain topics (e.g., strategy, product development, lead generation)
  • Operationally support the business scale up in selected target Regional Units (incl. development of value chain, supplier selection, customer journey design and implementation in an agile, interactive working mode)
  • Support the B2C PV and Battery strategy review process, translating research and analytical insights into strategic recommendations and business plans

  • Degree in Engineering or relevant field
  • In depth understanding of the PV and Battery residential markets (regulation, competitors, customers, technology, battery applications)
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with proven track record in turning ideas into business, driving results and scaling solutions
  • Ability to structure the solution to a strategic business issue into executable tasks (e.g. structuring decisions on market entry or acquisition opportunities)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, preferably within a matrix/functional organization
  • Experience in leading virtual teams
  • Internationally minded and experienced as well as comfortable to work in an international environment
  • Outstanding communication skills with capability to motivate and convince others
  • Business fluent in English and German
