Full Time
Our commitment to talent begins with you
24 months
UK-wide with international opportunities
From infrastructure, to products and solutions ranging from SMART meters to CHP and renewables, whether in biomass plants or wind turbines via district heating schemes, energy efficiency measures and innovations in storage, the scope of Engineering's responsibilities at E.ON is broad. What you get on this programme is the chance to be a leader in those areas while helping to grow the strength of our Engineering family, all while working towards Chartered status. You'll take on four placements, which could be in any of our engineering businesses here in the UK or internationally, and you'll be expected to drive forward ideas that deliver real results through technical, project management, communication and health and safety roles.

What you'll need to bring
We're looking for engineering, science, technology or maths Masters graduates with a 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in the same field. Added to that, technical skills and the ambition to move into a leadership role are both important. You'll be the kind of person who has innovative ideas and can push forward with them. You will also be someone who's ready to work with new people and wants to embrace the challenge of UK and international travel.
To avoid disappointment, we strongly advise you to apply well in advance. Our schemes attract great interest and we begin assessing candidates in our assessment centres in December. This means we may have to close a scheme early if all the places are filled.
