As a result of dynamic growth of our Power Conversion Equipment & Drives Factory in Aleksandrów Łódzki we are currently looking for the right candidate for the position of Finance Controller. The successful candidate will lead local controlling activities to optimize financial performance within the Local Product Group. Finance Controller will be responsible for supporting effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

- Budgets and monthly forecast preparation;
- Monthly P&L reporting for multiple profit centers;
- Cooperation with Shared Accounting - Services and business management in monthly closing activities;
- Balance Sheet positions revisions;
- Performing monthly and quarterly SOX controls;
- Participation in internal controls testing;
- Planning and controlling of fixed and variable costs;
- Controlling of over / under absorption;
- Planning and control of cash flow and NWC items;
- Maintaining of business structure in SAP system - costs centers, profit centers;
hourly and overheads rates calculation;
- Preparation of data for monthly business reviews, projects reviews (e.g. order backlog analysis, project close-outs, cost center reviews/spend analysis);
- Controlling over financial part of big projects execution;
- Executes analysis and reports as assigned and take proactive role in development of internal reporting systems;
- Coordinating of hedging activities - standard production and project business;
- Managing financial risks in project business;
- Supporting management decisions.

- Degree in finance or business administration combined with sound knowledge in finance and accounting;
- Minimum four years of experience in a Finance function, at least two years previously in similar role;
- Strong user knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP finance module;
- Good understanding of contractual and commercial aspects as well as process and internal control systems;
- Holistic and analytical way of thinking - ability to formulate and understand business situations or problems by breaking them down into smaller parts and analyze them;
- Able to interpret data and draw conclusions and provide focused guidance;
- Good social and communication skills on all hierarchical levels;
- Holistic and analytical way of thinking;
- Proficiency in business English is a must;
- Advanced knowledge of Polish is required.
