npower are currently looking to recruit a Senior Administrator into their expanding Digital function, to be based in Solihull. The role will be full time at 37 hours week, travel may be required on request to other npower sites on rare occasions.

Accountabilities Query Handling

Investigate and respond to a broad range of complex customer queries, liaising with other parties as necessary, to deliver an appropriate, acceptable resolution for the customer.

Answer telephone and email queries received via the Digital Management Team

Effectively handle all queries received regarding travel and accommodation requests, meeting and meeting room, car hire, stationery orders, DSE equipment

Raise and update Purchase Orders where required

Deal with and provide solutions for any queries that arise from bookings / requests

Co-ordinate diary / calendar management

Task Processing Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure Purchase Orders are raised and processed correctly where necessary

Ensure invoices are processed accurately with relevant parties updated

Co-ordination of facilities and stationery resources within relevant areas

A broad range of ad hoc administrative support where required maintaining confidentiality at all times

Team Support Holiday cover for PA to support the Senior Management Team

Proactively plan cover during own holiday period and inform all team members of information they may need during the absence

Control electrical equipment in and out of the team

Provide support to team members on all team and site activities

Share knowledge and expertise
