Our global Business Unit (BU) Grid Systems is a worldwide leader in the execution of large and complex EPC projects for power transmission grids, with focus on high-voltage direct current (HVDC) and high-voltage cable systems. In the exciting role as Business Analyst, you will support the BU Sales & Business Development Management, which is responsible for HVDC and HVC Sales activities. You will develop and supervise the implementation of sales processes as well as the development of relevant templates. The role is also responsible for all relevant tools for the Sales Organization such as Regarding Salesforce, the Business Analyst acts as liaison between business users, management and Salesforce IT to understand, document and implement business processes and system requirements as well as ensures an effective usage and high data quality. Furthermore, the Business Analyst drives BU Marketing & Sales Management with forecasting, sales performance (Hit Rate, etc.), in-depth ad-hoc analysis and required monthly reports.

• Development and implementation within sales community of sales processes with relevant formats and tools
• Develop templates and tools such as and sales Sharepoint
• Ensure support, effective usage and high data quality in tools such as
• Drive periodical reviews such as CoCom, Capture Team Review, etc.)
• Assist BU Marketing & Sales Management with required periodical reports as well as ad-hoc analysis
• Drives Marketing & Strategy Management with OR Budget Process ("Demand Order Estimate") for the whole Business Unit (including Power Consulting, Service-Units and Semiconductors)

• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related disciplines
• 2+ years' work experience, preferably in consulting, project management, business intelligence and/or market analysis
• Excellent analytical skills; basic experience in data analytics/knowledge about business intelligence tools is an advantage. Good proficiency with MS Office applications (in particular Excel and PowerPoint)
• Capability of working in an international, cross-cultural environment as well as interacting successfully with external and internal stakeholders at all levels in a multi-cultural environment
• Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Self-motivated team player, able to work on his or her own initiative with a hands-on attitude
