We are in the process of growing our core water team into 2017 and will be seeking ambitious and talented water engineers across our projects covering existing assets as well as design and build. The main focus on current projects is to support clients in extending the life of their existing assets to ensure their safety and ongoing capability. On design and build projects, we're helping clients enhance their service offerings to end users as well as contributing to building critical infrastructure.
