Job Description:

Program AMX touch panels based upon given engineering designs, "build to", and customer requirements documentation

- Maintain program version control and adhere to configuration management

- Troubleshoot hardware cabling and components in addition to touch panel programming

- Develop the user interface and AMX control system code for AV/VTC systems

Position Requirements:

4-6 years of audio visual technology experience

Candidates with 2 years or more spent programming in AMX or Crestron preferred

AMX Programmer I & II training course completion

Ability to program touch panels based upon given engineering designs, "build to", and customer requirements documentation

Proven ability to maintain program version control and adhere to configuration management

Understands how AMX programming cause/effect impacts overall audio visual systems

Ability to troubleshoot hardware cabling and components in addition to touch panel programming

Ability to perform local travel within the Washington Metropolitan Area

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Desired requirements:

B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Electrical/Engineering technology

AMX Programmer III training course completion

CTS Design certification
