We currently have an opening within the sales team of our service department for a professional with the ability to drive forward the market penetration of our high-voltage products in the Swiss market. Combining strong selling and communication skills, you will take a proactive approach when it comes to presenting our service portfolio within the area of high-voltage products, including gas-insulated switchgears and generator circuit breakers. In this role, you will serve customers throughout Switzerland. Therefore, a good understanding of Swiss German is essential, preferably complemented by other languages of relevance to this market. Our focus is on a high-caliber individual with excellent negotiating skills together with the ability to grasp interconnected issues and think outside the box where required. - Cultivate Swiss sales market by promoting service portfolio within the area of high-voltage products (GIS, GCB, LTB, PASS)
- Advise and serve customers in the utilities segment, covering everything from potential service investments to maintenance, repairs, extensions, and replacements, as well as concluding contractual agreements
- Develop and implement strategies for market prospecting and submission of proposals/quotations
- Gather information on market and competitive environment, including the acquisition of new accounts
- Establish and strengthen customer relationships at an operational and managerial level
- Maintain close dialogue with suppliers regarding technical and commercial issues, in addition to liaising with those responsible for products and systems
- Draw up proposals/quotations independently as well as in cooperation with customers and internal units
- Organize customer trainings and events
- Represent High-Voltage within Service team in Switzerland

- Vocational qualifications in a technical discipline, complemented by specialist training
- Knowledge of commercial and business matters
- Proven track record in technical sales desirable
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Strong command of German at negotiating level (incl. ability to understand Swiss German) and good knowledge of English; French would be a bonus
- Solid understanding of Swiss culture
