The Projectexexpert will partner with HR Business Partners and Managers to manage IT and process related projects which ensure, that Employee Master Data and Organizational Structures, are kept available in HR MDM Systems according to business requirements. The Expert works across functions, business units and countries and continuously supports the team to enhance data quality and enable new technologies to increase efficiency and transparency. The role contributes with in-depth knowledge of HR and MDM processes and IT to resolve business problems and support upcoming opportunities.
Your tasks will include:
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to identify and understand business requirements, to share knowledge and expertise and to offer solutions within SAP HCM, SAP BI, or Success Factors
  • Lead individual and/or group projects in the Master Data Management (MDM) Team to implement new global HR systems or functionalities
  • Ensure that projects always support the governance and optimization of data quality and integrity
  • Enhance process efficiency by closely working with process owners and delivering best practice methods and services
  • Manage and actively drive the development of the IT landscape for or related to HR MDM including integration and interfaces with other systems
  • Build strong and reliable relationships with stakeholders within and outside the HR function and lead communication towards them
  • Ensure knowledge transfer from project into the line organization (e.g. provide training to key and end users and up-skills the team members)

  • Completed commercial training or university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Good understanding of business, HR and IT processes and capability to design and implement end-to-end processes and services
  • Good knowledge of preferably SAP HCM or Successfactors
  • Professional experience in proven project management skills and relevant project management experience
  • Professional experience, preferably in international context and/or Shared Service Center ideally within the utilities / energy sector
  • Strong customer orientation and clear attitude of entrepreneurship, always willing to initiate change and take responsibility
  • High level of  social competence, balanced personality and professional conflict management skills
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and communication
  • Business fluency in English and German mandatory, other (European) languages would be an advantage
  • Willingness to travel across Europe on a regular basis
  • Proficient in MS Office's basic programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
