Main responsibilities
  • Cooperation with engineers and designers of other disciplines
  • Produce clash detection reports within specialist software
  • Organize if necessary and participate/lead BIM Coordination Meetings to review clashes
  • Ensure further development of in-house BIM capabilities within Technical Department
  • Support on BIM specific processes and procedures where required
  • Produce BIM training documentation for internal and external use
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadline
  • Set up and maintain a project design
  • Initiate and maintain a streamlined system for issuing of design packages

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
  • All round knowledge of construction industry and processes, Architectural, Structural and MEP
  • An understanding of multidisciplinary working practices and interdependencies
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD in a drafting/design or support role
  • Strong knowledge of BIM applications (Revit, NavisWorks)
  • Familiar with Bentley Microstation in a drafting/design or support role
  • Set up and maintain (QA drawings) draughting standards including CAD layer system, inter-discipline drafting symbology, titlesheets etc.
  • Fluent English - written and spoken
  • 3 years of relevant experience will be appreciated
  • Bachelor degree in technical discipline
  • Flexibility for travel ( short time-frame)
