Your challenge awaits you in a very international environment, working in an international and multicultural service development team - defining and implementing the service product roadmap for Upgrades of ABB Drives. Are you ready to face it?

- While being responsible for the overall management of our Upgrade service portfolio, you position our products in different channels and markets in cooperation with business development as well as marketing and sales
- In your role, you continuously develop and extend the portfolio by defining new requirements and covering new legacy drive products
- You ensure the productisation of service products by defining processes and tools, specifying pricing and distribution guidance, determining service delivery instructions and indicators and providing content for service product documentation, marketing and training material
- In addition, you monitor the quality of the service and delivery process KPIs in cooperation with operations, analyze and follow-up profitability and customer satisfaction
- Furthermore, you build up the networking between different stakeholders within and outside the business unit

- You combine your Bachelor (B.Sc) or Master (M.Sc) in Engineering with several years of working experience in the field of drives or converters
- Understanding the markets and customers, you are the proactive and result-oriented leader with strategic thinking
- Moreover, you are highly committed to accountabilities, cooperative and skilled in networking as well as able to motivate, coach and share your knowledge
- Being a strong negotiator and communicator, you also speak and write English fluently
- Willingness to travel (about 20 days per year) completes your profile
