To prepare and support high quality water and wastewater / conveyance designs as part of an integrated project team delivering client solutions.

• Have a technical background in evaluation and design of water and wastewater networks, water and wastewater treatment works and conveyance
• Have some experience of and understanding of the engineering fundamentals related to Sanitary wastewater collection, storage and discharge pipe and pump systems, conveyance of water and wastewater, stormwater, pipe networks, pump design, hydraulics and modeling, and geotechnical design 
• Perform hydrologic, hydraulic, and systems analysis modeling
• Preparing, reviewing and checking calculations and design
• Preparing and supporting tender/ outline / conceptual/ detailed design solutions in accordance with schedule and budget constraints
• Liaison with internal clients / customers to develop relationships across the business and cooperation with engineers and designers across disciplines
• Ability to organise and provide direction on a number of concurrent activities
• Mentoring and development of junior team engineers and technicians
• Deliver projects in English
• Participate in foreign business trips (short duration)
• Continued Professional Development

The minimum qualifications for this position are:
• Master Degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering or relevant field
• Chartered Engineer / Design Licence with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in water and wastewater networks /  water and wastewater treatment works / conveyance
• Experience and knowledge of designing to local and international design codes, such as Eurocodes
• Commercial awareness and evidence of delivery to quality, time and budget
• Good written and oral English communication skills
• Good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Motivated and enthusiastic to develop and learn
