Vestas SSC provides processing services to Vestas businesses around the world and we are looking for a new Team Lead to join the Invoice Resolution - Vendor Reconciliation team.

The Invoice resolution team is part of Vestas Global Finance Shared Service Centre, the team is primarily responsible for conducting vendor reconciliations to secure on-time payments for the external vendors. The team is responsible for conducting the vendor reconciliation and for driving resolution to issues identified. The reconciliation process is conducted in our SAP system as well as in our legacy system Infor XA. The team's success is measured on the productivity, the timeliness and the follow through of the vendor reconciliation.


  • Manage and supervise the quality and productivity of the vendor reconciliation team.
  • Create the structure for how to expand the vendor reconciliation process for Vestas.
  • Secure that proper follow up are done towards the issues identified as part of the reconciliation.
  • Monitoring the KPI's and PPI's for the team and if required secure preventive and corrective actions, based on root cause analysis, in order to ensure that the KPI targets are met.
  • Secure that SLA targets are kept without compromising quality.
  • Accountable for the team performance and keeps the team responsible for individual performance.
  • Secures that the team is trained in the processes applicable to vendor reconciliations.
  • Identifies improvement opportunities by using facts to drive continues improvement in connection to process, people and tools.
  • Is in the driving seat towards the stakeholders to ensure that the vendor reconciliation team exceeding the expectations from the stakeholders.


  • An Accounting graduate
  • At least 2 years team lead/ supervisory experience, preferably in a shared service or business process outsourcing environment
  • At least 6 years combined experience in finance and accounting, 4 years of Invoice Processing and Invoice Resolution including vendor reconciliations. It is preferable if the candidate has experience from working in the end-to-end AP process.
  • Strong experience from resolving tickets relating to the AP area.
  • Strong track record to demonstrate SLA and KPI performance from the team.
  • Strong financial knowledge in SAP and especially the SAP Invoice Approval Workflow.
  • Well experienced in invoice resolution processes to resolve parked or blocked items.
  • Values follow ups and follow through


  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong knowledge in conduction and developing the vendor reconciliation concept.
  • Possess strong leadership and people skills, with a tool box which include elements of coaching, mentoring and constructive feedback.
  • Analytic and familiar with working with pareto and impact analysis
  • Good in MS Office applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Super User in SAP and the Invoice Approval Workflow
  • Flexible and willing to work on holidays as needed and on any shift as maybe assigned.
  • Independent and can work with minimal supervision - the candidate must have a drive for improvements and always meeting the targets.
  • Challenging mindset and not afraid to speak up and challenge status quo.
  • Professional attitude which can manage international stakeholders.
