Position Description
The HR Professional consults with the Service Line Head, Managers, Division Heads, Senior HR Professionals and other Admin Area HR professionals in areas of performance and talent management related to employee recruitment, development, performance differentiation, selection and retention. He/she works closely with Corporate HR Departments to provide consulting and advisory services where high-level professional expertise is necessary to provide solutions to challenging HR issues. This position's primary focus is Service Line strategic and high impact operational issues cutting across all human resource processes, policies, activities and outcomes to ensure the Service Line is kept up to date on organization, industry and global trends in maintaining competitive advantage through the optimal utilization of human capital.

Minimum Requirements
EDUCATION: Degree level education. Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration of Economics would be an advantage.
EXPERIENCE: Twenty (20) years of overall progressive HR experience in areas such as performance and talent management, organizational design, leadership development, facilitation and training. Appropriate roles might include responsibilities in talent and performance management, organizational development, leadership development, facilitation and training.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Results-oriented with proven ability to develop key performance indicators linking HR initiatives to bottom line results in terms of productivity, quality, safety, service, revenue and/or non-labor costs. Strong analytical ability. Pragmatism and self-direction are essential, as is the ability to deal with ambiguity, conflicting interests and organisational ignorance of HR best practices.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Significant supervisory experience. Demonstrated capacity in HR related project management with emphasis on process improvement and HR strategic planning initiatives. Three years of leadership experience within a multicultural organization, including two years of working outside of the candidate's home country. Three years of experience with budgetary responsibilities at organizational or business unit level or commensurate business acumen experience. Professional certification of a recognized body such as SPHR / GPHR / CIPD. Demonstrated experience in process/classroom facilitation and presentation skills. Experience in leading organizational change. Experience in supporting organizational startup or change management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitates the design and implementation of Service Line HR goals and provides guidance for implementation and continual improvement.

• Participates in identification of key internal and external stakeholders and builds a shared vision in support of HR strategies.

• Provides guidance and mentoring for Service Line and Department HR staff.

• Develops the Service Line HR strategies and KPIs.

• Facilitates the annual Service Line Strategic Talent Review Meeting, including succession planning, leadership selection, High Potential selection and development.

• Collaborates with the Management Development Department to facilitate the Service Line leader selection/deselection processes.

• Collaborates with the Corporate HR to facilitate the rollout of various Corporate initiatives, development programs and process improvements.

• Represents the Service Line in all relevant pan-HR meetings and forums.
