  • Develop and lead an international team which is responsible for the definition, governance and maintenance of employee master data and the organizational management structure in our HR IT systems
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements
  • Own, manage and actively drive the development of the HR IT landscape
  • Form and lead project teams to develop and realize innovative and efficient solutions
  • Build strong and reliable relationships with other functions like IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal etc.
  • Continuously ensure and optimize data quality and integrity by delivering best practice methods and reliable processes
  • Govern and optimize central identity and authorizations management
  • Develop the team members, enable them to proactively identify process improvement needs and establish a continuous improvement culture

  • Relevant university degree or equivalent education and several years of professional experience
  • Profound understanding of commercial, HR and IT processes and the capability to design and implement end-to-end processes for employee master data and organizational management
  • Good knowledge of SAP HCM, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors beneficial
  • Strong leadership skills and intercultural competence
  • Outstanding project and change management skills, including sound experience in leading complex international projects
  • Strong customer orientation and clear attitude of entrepreneurship, always seeking for new opportunities to add value
  • High level of assertiveness and drive combined with a high level social competence and professional conflict management skills
  • Business fluency in English and Germany
Subsequent to E.ON's planned split, it is planned for this team to belong to the newly established Uniper Company in Berlin.
