Your Responsibility

  • Manage the international implementation of the segment approach (interface to the Segment Heads,support on Management Meetings)
  • Support the International Key Account Inititative (eg.interfaces between IKA and Segment-Accounts, drive synergies)
  • Establish a cross-country sales platform and community exchange to drive best-practice sharing and cross-selling
  • Provide regular update on sales activities for Top Management and relevant stakeholders and establish a Segment- and Top-Account Reporting
  • Act as interface to the central Product/Solution House and to the countries to drive international sales initiatives
  • Push the usage of Digital Tools: eg. CRM, collaboration with Digital Technologies

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed university degree and several years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven problem solving and structuring skills as well as strong target and delivery orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills; able to navigate way around and through matrix structures
  • High degree of performance orientation - taking ownership and initiative, proactive and acting with a sense of urgency, thriving for excellence and a structured working style
  • English language fluent (verbal & written)
  • Proficiency in German and/or other European languages are meritorious
