Tasks & responsibilities: You will...  
...join the System Support & Development team which is part of Operations in MHI Vestas. Together with five colleagues, you will be responsible for ensuring that the IT systems in MHI Vestas fit the daily activities in Operations. More specifically as one of two regional business system consultants in the UK, you will provide IT system training and support the IT users in Operations in the UK as well as ensure end-user procedures are created. At the same time, you will work with IT on identifying and implementing improvements to the IT systems to ensure that they support the ongoing development in Operations.  
You will also be responsible for:   
  • Conduct class-room training in IT systems to end-users in Operations  
  • 1st level Support on IT systems to end-users in Operations  
  • Ensure further development and maintenance of End User Procedures for IT systems for Operations 
  • Capture from the end users in Operations the request for changes to our IT systems according to the needs of Operations  
  • Setup and monitor the Operations usage of IT systems via PPIs and reports  
  • Take part in the development and implementation of various IT systems and functionalities related to Operations  
Skills & experience: Our new colleague...  
...possess strong IT & ERP system knowledge (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX). You may either be a recently graduated candidate with a degree in IT supplemented with some business experience; or you have several years of experience working with ERP systems at the intersection of IT and the business. Moreover, experience with Power BI is a great advantage.   
You will be working with stakeholders from all levels in the organisation, and therefore it is essential that you have good communication and stakeholder management skills. You enjoy and excel in supporting and training people in understanding and using new systems. As MHI Vestas is an international organisation, it is very important that you speak, read and write English fluently.
