Tasks & responsibilities
Our training department is responsible for all safety and technical training related to installation and service of our 8-9 MW offshore turbine. As we grow, we are in the process of training execution for both new and skilled technicians. You will take part by familiarising yourself with the 8-9 MW turbine and our 2D/3D advanced and price-winning training simulators. You thrive by sharing your technical knowledge in an inspiring way, and you enjoy being immersed in technical documentation.
Your responsibilities will include: 
  • Conduct classroom and field training for internal and external employees in various countries
  • Assist on developing concept for technical classroom and field training for offshore turbines, 8-9 MW
  • Develop and maintain the training material for the 8-9 MW offshore turbines in alignment with the documentation material
  • Assist in evaluating training programs and recommend improvements
  • Stay updated and maintain technical expertise on relevant wind turbine products
  • Evaluate training programs and recommend improvements
  • Participate in training-related discussions and projects
  • Incorporate Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and quality into the training activities
Skills & experience: Our new colleague...
...holds a certified electrical or mechanical education, e.g. bachelor's degree within electrical or mechanical engineering, marine engineer or similar, but other relevant education and experience is also taken into consideration. Our team values an open, proactive and "can do" attitude, and we would like to see a new colleague who is flexible, well- organised and has a creative mind-set. We all aim to be good team players with individual competencies making us able to deliver high performances.
We expect that you: 
  • Have field experience preferably incl. troubleshooting and commissioning
  • Have deep technical knowledge of wind turbines
  • Can adapt to changes and understand new technologies
  • Have teaching experience (preferred, not required)
  • Have good presentation skills
  • Are fluent in English
  • Are a confident user of Microsoft Office with good experience with PowerPoint
