Job description
  • Handling of complex assignments associated with IT Hardware, IT Software, Facility Management, Consulting Services, Product Certifications, ...
  • Development and implementation of purchasing strategies based on expenditure analysis by categories and cost centres.
  • Global cost optimization through negotiations, cost driver identification, working capital management, process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and corporate social responsibility.
  •  Supplier Base optimization. Maintain relationship to preferred supplier, sourcing of new suppliers with simultaneous supplier base resduction
  • PO-placement and contract management
  • Alignment of supply & demands in support of business needs including Cost Performance
  • Drive the digital transformation of the Purchasing Department
  • Relationship with internal clients
- Obtaining budgets and specifications.
- Participation in developments
- Coordinate and streamline shared processes.

Job requirements
  • Education:
    •  Bachelor's Degree in Business or IT, or equivalent experience
  • Experience:
    • 5 years of experience in a supply chain and purchasing environment, managing similar categories.
    • Experience in implementing new or managing existing purchasing tools (e-procurement, b2b platforms, process automation...)
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
    • Expert category knowledge of assigned commodities and evolving technologies.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Proven effective negotiation skills
    • Proven cross-functional collaboration capability
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Advanced problem-solving skills
