Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Responsible for issuing customer/internal software licensing globally for multiple product lines
Administer and maintain license file information using Tour de Force (TDF)
Assist after hours for scheduled license support for regions outside the US
Assist with training new hires and current WFT employee's on Licensing and documentation
Work with the support team on validation of LOWIS licenses
Document contracts information in SharePoint for all product lines
Create accounts and contacts in TDF for all product lines
Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up with client questions and issues regarding licensing
Follow all license requests through the initial call/email to the final implementation and update progress in Zendesk, TDF etc. If a license request is sent to another department, follow-up to ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner
Create and maintain license module request forms
Work with business development, invoicing team and the support manager, keeping the licensing SOP updated with ongoing processes.
Create new entries and/or update relevant systems such as TDF, Zendesk and other CRM systems parallel with ongoing licensing and ticketing obligations. Where expected, update customer systems with ticket status information.
Assist with support level tracking and reporting needs. Create and track tickets and generate reports.
Compile and prepare periodic status, performance and trend reports
Assist with support and invoicing related activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in business or equivalent related experience
Some product knowledge
Excellent verbal communication skills
Advanced working knowledge of various software programs (JDE, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Multi-tasking ability.
Should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel
