Who are you?

You are a strong Operations Director who has a successful track record of leading consultancy teams.

Job Objectives
  • Develop and manage client relationships
  • Initiate and close out territory sales opportunities
  • Manage and develop the territory consulting team in accordance with Group procedures
  • Direct the delivery of territory training and consultancy projects
  • Produce territory management accounts and financial statements
  • Manage and develop the territory consulting team in accordance with AMCL policies & strategies
  • Ensure financial, planning and management controls are effective
  • Deliver a safe and healthy environment for staff and associates
  • Ensure all legal and commercial responsibilities are discharged


Skills Required
  • Experience of working in an infrastructure asset management organisation
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience with an emphasis on asset management
  • Proven network of contacts with corporate buyers of consultancy services
  • Strong existing relationships within relevant sectors
  • First rate skills in the preparation of proposals and sales presentations
  • Good knowledge of business contracts and proven skills in contract negotiation
  • Demonstrable evidence of raising sales performance and service standards
  • Wide ranging knowledge of best practices in Asset Management

Education:
  • A recognized relevant university degree in Engineering, Finance or IT
  • Membership in relevant professional organizations is beneficial (Asset Management Certification)
