Your responsibilities
  • GLOBAL ASSIGNMENT
  • YOU WILL WORK ON ENSURING THE FULL PORTFOLIO OF SERVICES PROPOSED BY ABB FOR ALL EXCITATION SYSTEMS AND SYNCHRONIZING EQUIPMENT. YOU WILL PROMOTE THESE SERVICES TO THE IAEN SALES TEAM.
  • MAIN TASKS
  • Technical assistance at customer's sites on excitation systems and synchronizing equipment, personally or through service experts of our hub Central & South Europe:
  • Maintenance
  • Troubleshooting
  • Upgrades and retrofits
  • Optimisation
  • Consulting services
  • Technical support for IAEN sales and quotation teams for the products, services and solution related to excitations systems and synchronizing equipment.
  • Frequent travel will be required on this position, in France and abroad.
Your background
  • We are looking for a candidate with strong experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar position and who is ideally graduate in Electrical Engineering.
  • You are very customer focused, to ensure that business requirements and expectations are effectively managed, and incidents & problems are resolved in a timely manner.
  • You are fluent in English, but also in French. You are able to speak in another language (German would be a plus - nice to have, not essential).
