Wood is currently recruiting for an entry level Chemical Engineer for their Chemicals Market Sector.

This engineer will join a team of process engineers designing and modifying facilities which produce chemicals, biochemicals, biofuels and related industrial products.

The engineer will assist in developing common process engineering deliverables:
  • Process Flow Diagrams
  • Piping & Instrument Diagrams
  • Equipment data sheets and specifications
  • Heat and Material Balances
  • Equipment, instrument & line lists


Skills / Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to work as part of a diverse team.

Strong computer skills are also important. Along with the ability to use MicroSoft suite of tools, knowledge of Aspen Engineering Suite is a plus.
