The Position and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a HVAC Technical Support Engineer. Reporting directly to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and technical assistance in regards to repair and maintenance of existing Bosch equipment which includes; Gas Water Heaters, Gas Boilers and Heating Systems. In addition to this, you will also be responsible for error, fault analysis and their rectification.

Primarily your role is to support and develop our Technicians/Engineers, maintain service standards, escalate service issues and help deliver outstanding customer service. This is a telephone based position, so someone who has experience in an office environment would be suitable.

Experience Required:
Training as a Heating Engineer, Ventilation Engineer, Electrician, Gas and Water Fitter, Mechatronics Engineer or several years of professional experience in dealing with Heating Technology and Gas Heating.

  • Experience with Bosch equipment is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient PC skills.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving.
  • High customer and service orientation.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
