Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
•  Provides general administrative support which could include coordinating meetings and appointments, planning events/meetings, ordering office supplies, maintaining files, etc.
•  Coordinates domestic and international travel plans as required by GM, HR Shared Services.
•  Communicates and interacts effectively with other managers in and out of the group on behalf of General Manager.
•  Maintains highest degree of confidentiality at all times.
•  Assists in preparing presentation slides including proof-reading.
•  Coordinates meetings, conference calls, and catering needs.
•  Orders supplies and equipment.
•  Independently completes projects by gathering, organizing and summarizing information and preparing documents from general instructions.
•  Maintains effective networks throughout Chevron and outside organizations.
•  Effectively represents the GM, HR Shared Services to a broad array of internal and external clients. Works well with high-level executives and executive assistants.

Required Qualifications:
•  High School diploma or equivalent.
•  Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience.
•  Strong Computer Skills: Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Calendar.
•  Demonstrated problem solving abilities and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail.
•  Demonstrated ability to understand and satisfy customer needs and expectations.
•  Demonstrated ability to adapt to fast paced, ever-changing workload and demands.
•  Excellent organization and planning skills: Demonstrated capability to maintain complex calendars and logistics; prepare manager(s) for meetings and other events; organize business conferences and meetings; handle activities with high confidentiality.
•  Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, or Human Resources.
•  Experience in SharePoint, SAP, and CTREX

Relocation Options:

Relocation will not be considered.

Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
