INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST NOTIFY THEIR CURRENT SUPERVISOR PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR ANY POSITIONS
Manage customer incidents, backlog of external and internal requests, team members queues and adjust priorities as needed
Manage the overall support relationship with the customer
Participate with team members on all aspects of the support process
Oversee incident escalations
Work closely with senior management
Participate in the development of new procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to delegate effectively
Exemplary customer focus
Exemplary interpersonal skills
Hands on technical skills including trouble shooting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 
 
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential
Bachelor of Engineering degree
Around 3-6 years of relevant experience
Experience using oil and gas optimization software
Customer service/Consulting experience
 
Preferred
Experience working with well modelling and network modelling software
Previous experience working with optimization software (WellFlo, PanSystem, DynaLift, ReO and ReO Forecast)
