DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical and Customer focus
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of multiphase flow measurement products and field applications
  • Perform sizing and other flow metering calculations to ensure product suitability in applications
  • Respond to technical and commercial enquiries from customers
  • Support inside sales operations by creating quotes for suitable meters and models, in line with the Product Line's pricing strategy and maintain project documentation traceability
  • Review and support tenders for product line's scope
  • In complex installations, conduct site surveys, FAT, SIT, installation, and commissioning on site or professional flow labs
  • Follow up on installed systems and perform basic analysis on gathered flow data
  • Travel as needed to support product sales, field installations and any troubleshooting requirements
 
Internal focus
  • Respond to Account managers, GZ and GBU business leaders on technical enquiries and provide product expertise as required
  • Through liaison with co-ordinators, coordinate in preparing training material and assist with delivery
  • Demonstrate and deploy a strong understanding of multiphase flow measurement products and ifield applications
Vision & Leadership
  • Collaborate with leadership to promote the continual quality improvement strategy flow control to meet strategic business objectives and profitability
  • Execute short and long term plans with the country/area leadership to promote and meet the service delivery requirements for the client
  • Support and work with Geozone & Global Business Units in providing training for personnel, and ensure the sharing of technical knowledge and skills
  • Contribute and participate in building Weatherford's brand image through marketing events, client meetings/discussions and presentations

QUALIFICATIONS
 
  • Self-Motivated and growth-driven as a part of a strong team
  • Strong communications skills - oral and written
  • Resilience, self-reflection and adaptiveness to change within the scope of work is key
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, with secondary european language skills advantagious
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Adapt to changing and challenging work load/environment -  onshore, offshore, research labs and test rigs
  • Good user level knowledge of Office 365 applications - Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
 
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Process/Production, Chemical, or Instrumentation & Controls Engineering degree desired
 
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience in multiphase flow metering systems Including land, topsides or Subsea Systems in technical capacity
