We are looking for a Renewable Energy Source Area MANAGER to Oversees windfarm projects construction and commissioning and provide support to construction activity on site for the electrical, civil and overhead line installation work for the Projects.

These Projects consist of several wind farms located in Aragón (Spain).

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (Industrial, civil works).
• At least 5 years experience in wind farm construction Projects.

Specific duties:

• Leadership Accountabilities: Identify, deploy, and manage a high-performing team needed to accomplish business objectives. Provide a positive and engaging work environment by:
• Hiring outstanding talent;
• Aligning individual and team objectives to department and company objectives;
• Providing regular and direct feedback on performance and goal progress.
• Provides information about site activities.
• Follow up/challenge projects schedules and staffing for construction activities.
• Creates and implements daily work plans.
• Ensures construction disciplines are coordinated to comply with budget and schedule.
• Identifies potential schedule changes, workflow and staffing issues.
• Ensures sub-contractors monitoring
• Serves in safety function as needed and determines appropriate actions.
• Drives throughout the construction site to oversee work in progress.
• Follows safety and security procedures and determines appropriate action. Reports potentially unsafe conditions and uses materials and equipment properly.
