Overview / Responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Administrator to provide maternity cover in our Assurance and Technology business based at our offices in Birchwood, providing project administration support.
The Project Administrator reports to The Head of Programme Office
Key responsibilities:
  • Project document management and document issue
  • Support the production of presentations and project training events
  • Support the Project and Operations Managers with Health and Safety and facilities issues
  • Attendance at project and operations meetings, taking meeting minutes and recording actions
  • Administration support to the Operations Director/Operations Manager including meeting scheduling and travel arrangements
  • Other general project administration duties as requested to time and quality

Skills / Qualifications

Knowledge/Experience:
  • Computer literate (proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Document management experience
  • Experience of the use of Sharepoint is desirable, but not essential
  • Project Administration experience in an engineering, technical or business project is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to undertake tasks using own initiative.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Experience of working and complying with the requirements of the relevant Quality Procedures or standards
  • Ability to obtain an SC security clearance. UK Citizenship
