Job Purpose:

To provide a focal point and responsive customer service for the offshore workforce on all personnel logistics matters.
To coordinate the supply of the right number of competent people are in the right place at the right time.

Main accountabilities:
• Provide a focal point and responsive customer service to offshore personnel
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with offshore personnel by maintaining regular communication whether onboard or at home, including vessel visits where practical
• Liaise with assigned vessel OMT to maintain up to date crew rotas / lookaheads
• Responsible for the sourcing of short-term cover from within the pool for assigned vessels
• Keep Offshore Personnel Lead abreast of any mid to long term crewing requirements
• Liaising with agencies (including PTCI) when organising crew changes (where appropriate)
• Efficient coordination of allocated Personnel Request Forms (PRF's) for offshore and onshore assignments ensuring Projects are communicated with regularly
• Escalating any personnel crewing issues to the Offshore Personnel Lead
• Share crew plans with the visa function to ensure visas and other immigration related documentation are in place in good time for the correct personnel travelling to assigned worksites
• Responsible for arranging travel in accordance with the travel policy for the mobilisation / demobilisation of offshore personnel
• Ensuring suitable information is provided to offshore personnel in good time ahead of mobilisation, including onshore assignments (project info / contact, tech specs etc)
• Responsible for training compliance for personnel travelling to assigned worksites
• Responsible for tracking personnel and maintaining vessel schedules in crew management s ystems
• Conduct payroll chec ks in line with payroll deadlines
• Investigate offshore personnel pay related queries
• Participate in the TOMS On Call Rotation
• Any other tasks as directed by the Offshore Personnel Lead

Qualifications (professional, technical, academic):

• Good Standard of Secondary education
• Communication Skills


• SVQ qualification level 3 or above
• Customer service training

Typical background and experience required:


• Minimum of 2yrs personnel logistics experience
• Supervisory experience
• Effective team player
• Self-motivated, results-orientated with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality performance
• An analytical nature with an ability to challenge constructively and identify new ways of working
• Mature, credible, confident and able to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment

Nice to have:
• Offshore oil and gas industry experience
• Geographical awareness
