Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing planning and control activities to T-MOS operations and projects. Ensure the systems, processes and reporting requirements for internal clients are in place and adhered to in line with the T-MOS planning procedures.
Main accountabilities include:
  • Adherence to the planning control procedure
  • Development and production of contract control schedules, project reporting packages and ad-hoc schedules where required
  • Monitor and report progress on projects, identify trends / issues and provide corrective measures in an advisory manner to project managers
  • Liaise with project managers and project teams for planning matters, facilitating planning meetings where required

You are meant for this job if you have:
  • 2 years (or more) relevant planning experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Microsoft Project experience
  • Knowledge of construction and/or marine projects
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • General IT skills
  • Interpersonal skills (ability to generate and maintain professional working relationships with key stakeholders)
  • Communication skills (ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders to articulate requirements and encourage action)
  • Enthusiasm
  • Flexibility
  • Mobility (short-term business trips up to 1-4 weeks - 4 times a year, world-wide locations, at reasonable notice)
