Overview / Responsibilities
Wood is currently recruiting for an HSE Coordinator with experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery or Petrochemical Plants.

Job Description:
  • Implement HSE policies and procedures
  • Monitor compliance to HSE standards (including client HSE requirements)
  • Conduct scheduled field visits and inspections; follow up on corrective actions
  • Support site-specific HSE training requirements
  • Assist in the investigation of incidents for root cause identification and preventive action
  • Support managing control of health and environmental hazards and exposures
  • Monitor the HSE recognition program

Skills / Qualifications
  • Degree in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Min. 5 years practical experience in occupational HSE
  • Possess strong knowledge of OHSAS18001 and IS014001 standards
  • Strong knowledge of relevant HSE principles
  • Ability to adhere to Company policies, procedures, guidelines and work requirements
  • Ability to prepare and update HSE statistical tracking and trending data
  • Ability to carry out incident investigation and root cause analysis
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • HSE relevant trainings, NEBOSH or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
