We are currently looking for a team of Nuclear Oversight Assessors with proven experience in the nuclear field for our client Nawah Energy Company to support for its Barakah NPP project in Abu Dhabi.

Terms and Conditions:

Job Location :Barakah NPP (around 300 KMs from Abu Dhabi downtown.) with occasional visits to ENEC Headquarter in Masdar as necessary.

Contract Duration :16 Months

Work Schedule :Resident; 4 days per week; 38 core business hours with up to an additional 22 hours per week with prior approval from the management. (The additional hours are counted as overtime & paid separately. Total hours worked will not exceed 60 hours per week)

Accommodation :Single Accommodation provided. All personnel are being accommodated at ADNOC and ADEWA facilities in Ruwais which is around 1-hour drive by company bus. This is not a site/camp accommodation. It is like a semi furnished studio flat.

Transportation :There is a company bus that can take the Consultant to and from site to Abu Dhabi downtown on weekends

Meals :Provided at the site

Medical Coverage :Provided by MPH for self and family (if required)

Mob/Demob Tickets :Provided by MPH in economy class for self and family (if required).

Salary :Paid by MPH monthly and lump-sum (tax free)

Visa :Provided by MPH for self and family (if required)

Bonus :Not provided

Living Allowance :Not provided

Annual leave :16 working days per year but they will not be paid.

Vacation flight ticket :Can be provided

Brief Scope of Work:

Conduct assessments, in accordance with regulatory or internal ENEC/Nawah guidance, to provide ENEC and Nawah nuclear leadership an independent perspective of the operational or operational readiness performance of Nawah programs, processes and procedures.

Provide support and guidance of the Central Functional Area Manager (CFAM) functional area performance assessments.

Provide nuclear management guidance or recommendations on how to improve the performance of the organization based on the findings of the assessment(s).
