Role synopsis:
Works within the Sales Operation team and assists the Technical Service Manager in providing technical supports to the company's Sales and Marketing, distributors and customers for added values to Sales' offer and confidence of consumers in the company's products and services.

No. of positions: 2 (1 in Hanoi and 1 in HCMC)

Key accountabilities:
  • To ensure full compliance to the company's HSSE standards. To communicate safety lubrication practices to customers/consumers in training, meeting, etc.
  • To provide daily support to Sales and distributors in training, updating on lubricating products and lubrication applications.
  • To support customers upon requests in training, site visits, technical advice, trouble-shooting and used oil analysis.
  • To assist Marketing in every new product launchings, trade programs such as Mechanic Advocacy, Micro Marketing, etc., and providing technical advice on products.
  • To get updated information on local lubricant market and competitors, then update on trends in industry and lubricants for Sales and Marketing.
  • To keep abreast with lubrication and industry trends, to network with Asian Technical team for sharing technical information and getting updated.


Essential Education:
  • Bachelor Degree in engineering.
  • Mechanical engineering or Automotive Engineering is preferred.


Essential experience and job requirements:
  • 3 years working experience
  • 2 years of experience in providing technical services in chemical, automotive, or lubricant industries.

  • Good communication and presentation skills for training, coaching, presenting in front of large audience
  • Good situation analysis and problem solving skills.

  • Fluent spoken & written English & Vietnamese is preferrable
